A música pop dançante do final dos anos 70 foi marcada por muita purpurina e glamour. A chamada disco music foi o auge deste período, onde moda e comportamento se completavam num ritmo ditado por grooves dançantes. A alegria estava de volta, nomes como Earth Wind & Fire, KC & The Sunshine Band e Village People faziam a festa obrigatória. Neste DVD encontramos os clássicos dos anos 70 e 80 em versões remixadas.
